Welcome To Wazabi Sushi!
Established in 2015, Wazabi Sushi was originally founded by two brothers chefs. After having been trained in Japanese sushi restaurants for over 15 years, the co-founders decided to settle a business in Hacienda Heights. The chefs introduced not only traditional Japanese cuisine but also some innovative dishes powered by Thai flavors to this community.
In 2021
We expanded to another location in Old Towne Orange. Wazabi Sushi – Orange is established and operated by the founder and former employees from the original branch. Upon arrival, Wazabi Sushi was surprisingly welcome and patronaged by the locals and visitors to the Towne. For both locations, our team pride ourselves on using high-quality fish and ingredients paired with cooking techniques and presentation. That make us, Wazabi Sushi, standing out of ordinary Sushi!

The standout sushi rolls were the 911 + Awesome Roll! Awesome roll in particular had thick cuts of fish it’s honestly so worth your $! The 911 was perfectly balanced w/ just the right amount of spice. Super fresh and quality cuts of fish.
I ordered Awesome roll, Slot Machine roll and bento box teriyaki salmon and sashimi. All were delicious. Fresh fish. Will order with them again!
This restaurant has become our comfort food since the food is always fresh and delicious. Wazabi is first to come to mind. It's a fusion of Japanese and Thai... Both culinary that I love.
